Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged, and we will be happy to move your booking to a new date that suits you.Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit may apply to cover our lost time and travel costs.Access to Property: If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access (e.g., no one is home or keys are not where agreed), this will be treated as a late cancellation.
